PAYMENT SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Payments can be made in cash (CHF or EUR), with TWINT or by Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and American Express credit cards.

No charge will be made for cancellations or changes made up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.

After this deadline or in case of no-show 100% of the entire stay is charged.

Breakfast is served in the Osteria at the ground Floor Summer seson from 8.00 to 9.30 in Winter from 8.00 to 9.30Should there be a need to have breakfast service at different times, it is possible to make arrangements with the B&B manager by prior notice.
The breakfast buffet offers: homemade jams, different types of bread, eggs, sliced meats and local cheeses, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, coffee, tea, milk,...(on request gluten-free, anti-allergy products...)

All our products are carefully selected, trying to provide our guests with fresh, locally produced products.

Our B&B supports the environment and ecology, loves nature and respects it.

Room cleaning and towel change is carried out from the 2nd day of stay on condition that the room is vacated by 10.30 am. Bed linen is changed after a minimum stay of 5 nights or at the explicit request of our guests.

Animals are allowed in our B&B subject to prior information with the manager.It is essential to maintain a quiet and respectful behaviour towards the surroundings. The entire facility is intended as a NO SMOKING area. It will therefore be greatly appreciated if you make every effort to keep all areas of the facility clean and tidy.

Access to the B&B is free 24 hours a day. Each guest will be given a room key that guarantees access to the facility even during the night or during times when the facility is not open to the public.

PARKING, BUS and FUNICULAR
Next to the facility (10m) you will find a large public parking lot available for a fee (Frs. 0.50cts/hour from 7 - to 19.00, no parking limit). The bus stop is located in front of the B&B about 15m away.

From the summit of Mount Brè you can instead take the funicular railway that will take you to the foot of the mountain.

Our B&B offers its guests the Ticino Ticket included in the room price ( http://www.ticino.ch/it/ticket.html ). This new tourist proposal offers the possibility of discovering the entire Canton of Ticino by public transport free of charge and proposes advantageous reductions on ski lifts, navigation and many other tourist attractions.
